We are the AIoT Xplorer team — a group of educators, researchers, students, and tech enthusiasts from the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology at the National University of Science and Technology POLITEHNICA Bucharest, united by a common goal: to make technologies like the Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIoT) and the Internet of Things (IoT) accessible, engaging, and results-driven. Our work bridges education, industry, and research — combining hands-on learning with real-world applications and impactful scientific output.
Although AIoT-Xplorer was formally established in 2024, our team has a long-standing history of collaboration dating back to 2014. Over the years, we have contributed to more than 20 successful research projects — including 4 coordinated by our team since 2023. Beyond research, we are deeply committed to education: we design and deliver educational workshops and courses, mentor the next generation of engineers and researchers, and promote innovation through hands-on learning.
