Simona Hainagiu is a doctor in clinical psychology with over 15 years of experience in the field of mental health, across public, private, and nonprofit organizations. She holds two master’s degrees — in Human Resources and Neurobiology — and has both academic and professional international experience (Sweden, France, Austria).
She is a university lecturer at the National University of Science and Technology POLITEHNICA Bucharest, where she teaches courses in mental health, educational psychology, and counseling.
Her expertise includes clinical psychology, integrative psychotherapy, psychological counseling, and career counseling (GCDF certification – NBCC, USA). Her research interests focus on artificial intelligence in mental health, emotional regulation, burnout, and well-being, and she is involved in national and international projects dedicated to social inclusion and educational development.
