Adrian Avramescu

Research assistant, RA

Adrian is a Mechatronics Engineer with deep passion for Embedded Software and electronics circuit design. He has hands-on experience with designing, diagnosing and debugging electronic system, having worked with companies in software and hardware. His expertise ranges from developing autonomous robots to optimizing electronics design.

He holds a degree in Biotechnical System Engineering from National University Science and Technology POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, where he focused on Robotics, Mechatronics, and Artificial Intelligence. He is also a Master student in Electronics and Telecommunications, focusing on Applied Electronics and Computer Science.

When he is not working on real-world hardware, he enjoys developing software and games. Currently, he is exploring game development with Godot and building small-scale video games inspired by classics like Diablo, Starcraft. His goal is to create fun, engaging, and complex games that he can commercialize and grow a player base.

Outside of work, he always tinkers with new projects, from designing custom computers using ARM processors to building hand-tracking gloves for virtual reality and robotic arms for hazardous environments. He is passionate about continuous learning, and he is always on the lookout for the next big challenge, whether it is developing firmware, experimenting with new technologies, or diving into circuit board designs.
