Research assistant, RA
Monica is an Electronics and Telecommunications Engineer who loves everything tech. She enjoys working on smart systems, connected devices, and anything that mixes creativity with engineering. She has experience with IoT projects, databases, and telecom networks, and she’s always excited to learn new tools or build something new.
She graduated from the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology, where she developed strong foundations in electronic systems, communication technologies, and digital innovation. She is now continuing her studies with a Master’s degree in Service and Network Management, exploring how modern networks work, how digital services are built and maintained, and how technology can be made faster, safer, and more efficient.
Monica enjoys transforming ideas into real, functional projects including her IoT posture-monitoring system, where she worked on both the hardware integration and the data workflow to provide real-time feedback. She wrote an article about the project, sharing the architecture, development process, and results. She loves solving problems, trying out new technologies, and finding clean, simple solutions to engineering challenges.
She’s a curious, open-minded, and highly involved person who enjoys collaborating with others and working in a team where ideas can grow. Always eager to learn, she keeps exploring new platforms, new approaches, and new project concepts. Her goal is to develop meaningful tech solutions in areas like smart technologies, digital connectivity, and telecom systems and to contribute to projects that make a real difference.
